• Together with Others Product Manager, craft and execute the product roadmap and accountable for the quality and timeliness deliverables.
• Liaison with stakeholder on weekly basis to update and prioritize product roadmap of our digital product.
• Document current system in effort to deeply understand how it work, this is important as milestone to do transformation.
• Create Product Vision to transform current system to next generation system.
• Collaborate across team especially with data and UI /UX team to contribute insight and ideas to improve our platform based on data and customer experience oriented.
• Mentoring Associate or intern Product Manager to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Consulting.
• Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup.
• Having eye for detail and ability to work on complex system.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
• Big plus for previously working in transportation industries

• Any technical stack background is welcome. Experience with Ruby or Go is preferable, plus experience in Kubernetes or other container orchestration systems.
• Experience building out and maintaining large distributed systems.
• Worked in a startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
• Able to communicate effectively with other engineers, stakeholders, and management.

 Responsibilities:

• To capture and assess customer detail requirements and Scope of Work (SoW).
• To create technical design, which are consist of: system topology, create features to answer customer needs, Bill of Material, mapping between system/devices, location, SLA, and scope of work 3. To design availability, SLA, spare management.
• Develop technology and technical standard to be used accross the company.
• Foster engineers to apply development best practice, architectural patterns, clean codes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide data modeling, mining, pattern analysis, data visualization and Machine Learning/Deep Learning/Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms.
• Use advanced mathematical models, simulation models, machine learning algorithms, operations research techniques, and strong business acumen to deliver insight, recommendations, and solutions.
• Work with data engineers and data analyst to analyze, extract, normalize, and label relevant data.
• Collaborate with software engineering and IoT engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production.
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitive field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
• 5 years experience as data scientist & experience at least 1 year as leader.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms.
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with statistical computer languages (R, Python, etc).
• Experience in machine learning framework (Scikit-Learn, Pandas, MlLib Spark, Tensorflow, etc).
• Familiar with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (BigQuery, Tableau).
