Responsibilities:

• Support the Brand Marketing (Gaming) team with their administrative tasks
• Request slots for internal marketing channels such as banners, social media, push notifications, and email blasts
• Create Trello requests for designers to create marketing assets
• Monitor and make sure the scheduled contents run on each channel
• Review marketing assets and provide creative insights to improve marketing communication and presentation
• Finding insights about customers for marketing planning; and
• Responsible for carrying out other work activities according to Bukalapak’s needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or last-semester student with a minimum GPA of 3.30
• Already have previous internship experience in the Marketing field
• Knowledgeable about games, play Games (Gamers/knowledgeable about games)

• Assist the merchandising team on handling the project and ad-hoc based work
• Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential partners
• Identify and analyzing trends and market opportunities in grocery and e-commerce industries

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Tax Executive in preparing monthly tax calculations and reporting
• Researching the latest tax provisions might directly or indirectly affect the company
• Maintaining tax-related documents of the company
• Support other teams in identifying, verifying, and improving the existing processes
• Reconcile of Vat In Vat Out to the General Ledger
• Sending the withholding tax invoice to the partner or vendor
• Recap and administration of document prepaid withholding tax invoice
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Minimum Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student majoring in Tax Administration or Accounting
• Having working experience or Internship programs in the Tax or Finance division is preferable
• Having a better understanding of Tax Regulations
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Able to work Monday to Friday at working hours. Willing to do a hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week)
