Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the visuals execution of Employer Branding communication materials.
• Maintain Employer Brand DNA for Amartha management staff as well as employees in the field.
• Create very imaginative job advertisements on a regular schedule.
• You might also edit creative videos and engage in other creatives medias

Minimum Requirements: 

• Requirements Minimum of 1.5 Years of experience in Graphic Design/Visual Design/e-Commerce
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or any other design software Proven analytical thinking, a good understanding of the design process, and aesthetic sensitivity
• Collaboration experience in a fast-paced work environment Mindset to go above and beyond to seek new adventures
