• Job Description Support the finance document filing, such as monthly budget and cost reports, and draw out actionable insights from financial data
• Support the finance team for checking and maintaining documents for business-related transactions
• Continuously suggest and execute process improvements
• Supporting finance related ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external use

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

• Manage retail shops by creating new SKU's, modifying overall shop attributes, and updating SKU dimensions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of jira tickets by setting clear SLA expectations and monitoring team members' progress
• Monitoring shop details and ensuring the business operates within SOP
• Analyze shop performance such as bad ratings & reviews and constantly looking for area of improvement for SBS Shops
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on solving SBS Shops issue (if any)
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns as requested by brands
• Analyze order complaints related tickets for a fair dispute-resolving decision
• Continuously assess current process to identify improvement opportunities

• D3 degree and above with no working/internship experience are welcomed
• Proficiency in using Ms.Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Willing to work for 3 months contract based

• Screening SKUs according to product criteria in Flash Sale's SOP
• Ensure all SKU details are correct before going live
• Responsible for administrative work for flash sale data on the daily basis
• Assist in QC to screen or review flash sale data before going live

• Have knowledge about category and flash sale will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Shopee Ads operations
• Help to achieve the goal of increasing Ads managed by Shopee sellers' effectiveness Perform overall advertising plan; including budget optimization, cost control, SKU selection and Ads placement
• Set up, analyze and optimize Shopee Ads; Select SKUs and put keywords that are highly relevant to the product, set reasonable keyword bids and daily budget
• Optimize and achieve the best outcomes and deliverables for both sellers and Shopee
• Conduct Shopee Ads performance review and/or consultation session with sellers
• Conduct 1-on-1 coaching and education sessions with sellers who wanted to opt out from Ads managed by Shopee to ensure knowledge sharing and help sellers to be able to manage Shopee Ads independently.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum of 1-year proven experience in digital agency, marketing agency, or e-commerce would be a plus
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing large scale data sets Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
• Familiar with the use of Office software, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Coordinate and provide assistance to interns/new hires in the whole process of the internship including pre-onboarding, onboarding, post-onboarding, payroll, near contract end, and intern exit to help interns during their internship/working period
• Liaise with regional, IT, and Office Management to ensure the intern get a business email and asset as needed
• Check and compile new hire personal info (including bank account number, status, and any details) on HRIS and master data to ensure valid information on the system
• Check the new hire data update to know if there is any changes in new hires for next week
• Administration Check the request created for the vendor and the distribution of the formalities letter as the requester need as soon as possible (Visa, KPR etc.) to support the employee’s need
• Check the creation of proper documentation letter number in order to ensure every document are properly maintained
• Liaise with the vendor in providing documents need to apply and submit formalities letter
• Check the attendance data update from manual CSV to ensure the valid information of attendance data
• Check and coordinate with WebDev and Ops (do try & error) as CMS improvement
• Check the administration data update (including attendance of employee, leave and approval/rejection of leave) to record the valid attendance information
• Check the compilation and follow up of all
• Off in Lieu forms proposed every 2 weeks, in order to ensure off in lieu proposed are valid
• Calculate and convert the standby worth, in order to determine the number of day off
• Check the Off in Lieu report to divide into teams as per reporting manager, in order to provide the required information for team managers
• Check the addition of the marriage leave, compassionate, maternity leave and ops ROO/off in lieu and compile to ensure the data is valid and aligned to requirements Adhoc
• Send data to the requester to provide accurate information to another employee
• Create, stamp, and send movement letter to employee who is moving from a different office to provide documentation evidence.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience maintaining HR Operations & HRIS System Skill in performing quality data entry
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems and database maintenance basic concept
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skill Get-things-done attitude, proactive, and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion
