Search & Recommendation Product Ops - Sea Labs (Internship)
Level: Internship
Responsibilities:
- Work with other regional teams to develop structured policy by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support data operations for data science-based traffic label identification.
- Collaborate with local teams to improve labeling quality and guideline understanding
- Involve and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in guideline management ranging from training, validating, and calibrating cases with agents
- Involved in day to day basis of guideline enforcement by understanding the local culture, context, and legal environment and proactively updating with latest trends
Minimum Requirements:
- Final Year Student or Recent Graduate with Information System, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in data processing using Ms. Excel is required.
- Python or Structured Query Language coding experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (required) or Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications
