WORKSHOP #1

AI or Not AI? Finding the Right Solution for the Right Problem

13:15 - 14:45

These days, everything seems to be solved with AI. Big budgets are spent, new tools are adopted, yet the results don’t always follow. Teams rush into “AI solutions” without asking the most important question: is AI really the right answer here?

Not every problem needs AI. Sometimes the simplest approach delivers faster, cheaper, and more effective outcomes. This session will help you sharpen that judgment, knowing when AI creates real value, and when it only adds complexity. By starting with the problem, not the hype, you’ll gain a clearer framework for making smarter choices, building relevant solutions, and ensuring your resources drive real impact.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

Not every problem needs AI → start with the simplest solution that works.
Data is the fuel → without enough quality data, even the best AI won’t work reliably.
Balance complexity with value → AI should only be used if it clearly adds value beyond simpler approaches.
Think beyond the model → consider deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and risks before committing to AI.

Practical Framework

Framework mindset

Applying a structured decision lens helps avoid “AI hype” and ensures the right solution for the right problem.

WORKSHOP #2

Adapting to AI by Identifying and Improving Everyday Processes

14:45 - 16:15

AI is reshaping how we work and live. But for non-technical professionals, the question remains: how much do we really need to learn, and where do we start? This workshop unpacks the AI hype in simple, practical terms, from workflows and agents to what these shifts mean for the future of work.

Through real stories and experience from a non-technical team that has spent two years experimenting with AI, you’ll see how small, everyday automations can create a big impact, without needing to be an engineer.

You’ll also learn a practical framework to identify opportunities, plan simple improvements, and try them out with easy-to-use tools. You’ll leave with clarity and confidence to adapt and thrive in the AI era.
