Lecturer and Researcher in Universitas Padjadjaran. Recognized experience in agro-industrial technology and science-based entrepreneurship development using Design Thinking for Social Innovation.
Dwi Purnomo had initiated many creative communities such as Jatinangor Creative Forum Creative, Collaboration House, and Community Activation in many areas in Indonesia and initiated “The Local Enablers” as a pioneer in using Design Thinking for Social Innovation in Indonesia.
Currently has initiated more than 200 applied-technology-based start-up businesses and products by connecting business stakeholders from upstream to downstream using Design Thinking for social innovation. Many innovations have been created in the field of Change Management Process in many organizations

Mulyadi Oey
Founder and Director of Product Narrative
Mulyadi Oey, Director of Product Narrative, is a facilitator and coach with a background in science and technology. His passion for leadership capacity development has led him to serve as an international coach and consultant in Asia and United States. He has completed projects for Bank Jago, Gojek, Blibli, Sampoerna, and Sinarmas Land, among others, in Indonesia. Additionally, he has served as an executive coach for corporate leaders in India, Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Mulyadi’s diverse experience covers his current role as a mental health counselor with Modern Health, USA; previous posts as a product and tech lead in several startups in Silicon Valley and Indonesia; and, ongoing entrepreneurship (his US-based company was acquired).
He is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified coach and is now introducing System Work to Indonesia.

Systems Thinking for Impactful
Product Research and Design
Systems thinking is an approach to problem-
solving that views 'problems' as part of a wider,
inter-related dynamic system. By looking beyond
apparent problems to consider a system as a
whole, productprofessionals and designers can
expose root causes and avoid merely treating
symptoms; and as such, finding more effective
solutions.
Through workshop, you will learn about Systems
Thinking, key mindsets, and examples of how
Somia have applied it in product research and
design and practice using one of the systems

Ketut Sulistyawati, PhD
Founder, Principal Consultant Somia Customer Experience
Sulis has 20 years of experience in research, strategy, and design. She earned her Bachelor degree specializing in design and a PhD in Human Factors from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She took an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Sulis started her professional career as a UX designer at Dell Singapore Design Center, and then Hewlett Packard Global Design Studio.
Upon returning to Indonesia in 2012, she founded Somia Customer Experience, focusing on human-centered design, research and innovation, serving local and international clients. Sulis is passionate to bring humanity in everyday design solutions and future innovations, from physical products, digital, to spatial and service experiences.
Ukasyah Q.A.P
Partner, Lead Design Consultant Somia Customer Experience
Uka is a partner in Somia and oversees projects that are happening: giving direction, inputs, synthesis, and strategy to the team members ensuring the method, approach and deliverables are expected to what the project objectives.
Some of his highlighted projects for the last years include Bill and Melinda Gates Foundations (BMGF), Spotify, Museum Nasional and local Indonesian private Banks. Before his current role as Project Lead Consultant, Uka mostly led various research and innovation projects with clients ranging from financial sectors, manufacturing, and technology.
NOTE :
Design Thinking and Systems Thinking are complementary approaches. Design Thinking focuses on creating user-centered solutions through empathy and iterative processes, while Systems Thinking analyzes the interactions and feedback within complex systems to address root causes. Together, they offer a comprehensive approach to solving problems by combining innovative, user-focused solutions with a deep understanding of system dynamics.
