WORKSHOP #1
Design Thinking and
Ecosystem Leadership
Design Thinking and Ecosystem Leadership are
important because they both foster innovation,
collaboration, and responsiveness in addressing
complex challenges across various industries.Â
Design Thinking helps create more effective and
relevant solutions by focusing on user needs,
while Ecosystem Leadership strengthens cooperation
among diverse stakeholders, creating shared value
and ensuring adaptability within an evolving
ecosystem. By integrating these approaches,
organizations can enhance their ability to innovate,
adapt, and achieve long-term success.

WORKSHOP #2
Navigating Human Systems
through Narratives
Stories don’t just tell us what to do; they compel
us to take action. They speak directly to our
emotions—our hopes, fears, and aspirations—guiding
us toward what truly matters. It’s not just knowledge
that drives us forward; it’s the connection we feel
to the stories we believe in.
As a leader, your greatest tool isn’t just strategy
or data—it’s the power of narrative. Imagine
being able to weave your vision into a story so
compelling that it unites your team and propels
them toward a shared goal. Success in product
management is not just about what you build; it’s
about how you communicate the why behind it.
In this workshop, you’ll discover how to turn your
leadership or product vision into a narrative that not only
communicates but inspires. The best part? Crafting
an effective narrative is a skill you can learn—and it
can elevate your leadership and drive your success.
Are you ready to unlock the power of narrative?

WORKSHOP #3
Systems Thinking for Impactful
Product Research and Design
Systems thinking is an approach to problem-
solving that views 'problems'Â as part of a wider,
inter-related dynamic system. By looking beyond
apparent problems to consider a system as a
whole, productprofessionals and designers can
expose root causes and avoid merely treating
symptoms; and as such, finding more effective
solutions.Â
Through workshop, you will learn about Systems
Thinking, key mindsets, and examples of how
Somia have applied it in product research and
design and practice using one of the systems
thinking tools.Â

NOTE :
Design Thinking and Systems Thinking are complementary approaches. Design Thinking focuses on creating user-centered solutions through empathy and iterative processes, while Systems Thinking analyzes the interactions and feedback within complex systems to address root causes. Together, they offer a comprehensive approach to solving problems by combining innovative, user-focused solutions with a deep understanding of system dynamics.
