Dr. Indrawan Nugroho is the Co-founder and CEO of Corporate Innovation Asia (CIAS), a hands-on consulting firm on a mission to enable corporate talents to design, develop and deploy innovation to drive business performance. He is also the co-founder of Kubik Leadership Group, a prominent group of companies in the field of Human Resources Development in Indonesia, established in 1999.
Since 2000, He has helped increase the productivity of hundreds of companies including Indonesia's Fortune 100. As entreprener, Indra founded 5 successful companies in three different industries. Three among them are in the consulting area; Kubik Training, Kubik Coaching, and Corporate Innovation Asia. The other two companies are Inhasi, an online retailer services and Nina Nugroho, a unique fashion brand and producer.

Chua Wei Hong is a sales engineer with over 20 years’experience in telecommunications and Cloud communications APIs at multiple leading companies including Vonage (Nexmo), Cisco and Huawei, his industry knowledge includes education, payment, transport and travel.
His current role at Sendbird focuses on helping customers in the Asia Pacific region improve on their communications channels so as to achieve business goals through Sendbird in-app Chat and Calls.
