Her current objective is to be more focus in CRM, and currently is changing to Customer Experience. She is a Customer Experience enthusiast in this digital era.
Bob Rahardjo
VP of Product at OY! Indonesia
Bob has 6 years experience in product roles. Previously he was working at Traveloka, starting as Product Marketing Manager. After that he moved into product management role and last he became Head of Product Management, focused on building Financial Services Platform in Traveloka.
Dian Charlo Valentine
Head of Product Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Digital Banking
Charlo is heading product development teams in Bank Rakyat Indonesia, the largest bank in Indonesia. 10 years of working experience in Singapore and Indonesia managing projects in engineering and business. Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Master of Economics from The Australian National University.
